If you need an external laundry service, please ask at Reception by dialing 9 and we will be happy to assist you. At reception we provide you with a bag and a form that you must fill out.
The hotel is not responsible for fading or shrinkage of garments. In case of damage or loss, the hotel will be responsible up to a maximum of five times the value of the indicated cleaning price.
Washing and ironing services are provided within 24 hours, dry cleaning within 48 hours. Please note that the dry cleaning service cannot be provided on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
